Day 01

Arrival in Tehran:          

Meet at the airport, transfer to hotel, and overnight.

Day 02

Tehran

Full day sightseeing of Tehran:

Archeological Museum, dating to 10,000 years, Glassware and Ceramics  Museum of ancient and Islamic collections , Carpet Museum, and overnight.

Day 03

Tehran

Full day sightseeing of Tehran:

Golestan palace, Great  Bazaar, and Central Bank treasures (if opens ) Abbassi  Museum , Sadabad palace ( former shah residence), and overnight.

Day 04

Teheran-Qazwin:

Drive to Qazwin, en-route visiting ruins of historical Alamut castle built by Hasan Sabah and his followers inaccessible to anybody during their stay their- defending the complex and leading surprise attacks from there, hiking to the old fortress of the Assassines.

Drive from Alammut to Qazwin, and overnight.

Day 04

Qazwin-Hamadan:

Drive to Hamadan via Soltaniyeh , visiting Soltaniyeh Dome – an Islamic architectural beauty built 700 years ago holding interior decoration items making it a place so called University of Artists, closing to Hamadan off road visiting the famous grotto in Ali Sadr- one of the most magnificent caves in the world, continue to Hamadan, and overnight.

Day 05

Hamedan-Takab:

Morning sightseeing of Hamedan, Gonbad-e-Alavian, graves of Aveccina, Esther and Mordechai,  en-route to Takab visiting Achaemenid inscriptions, Taq-e-Bostan and relief of Darius in Bisotun, and overnight in Takab.

Day 06

Takab-Urumieh:

Drive to Urumieh via Takht-e-Solemon  visiting Sasanid fire temple and Hasanlu, overnight in Urumieh.

Day 07

Urumieh-Tabriz:

Drive to Tabris following the riverside road along the salt lake visiting Ghara Kelisa(St. Thaddaeus Church- one of the earliest Christian churches) and Bastam (former fortress in Urartu), overnight in Tabris.

Day 08

Tabriz-Ardebil:

Morning Sightseeing of Tabriz, visiting Blue Mosque, Azerbaijan Museum, bazaar in Tabriz.

Continue drive to Ardebil visiting Holy shrine of Sheikh Safi in Ardebil which is an architectural jem. Overnight in Ardebil

Day 09

Ardebil-Tonekaboon:

Drive to Tonekaboon via Bandar Anzeli at the Caspian Sea, visiting the most beautiful lagoons enjoying colorful Lilies all over the lagoon.  Continue drive, and overnight in Tonekaboon.

Day 10

Tonekaboon-Gorgan:

Drive toward Gorgan following the road on the southern shore of the Caspian Sea enjoying magnificent views of nature. overnight in Gorgan.

Day 11

Gorgan:

Excursion into the steppe of the Turkmene nomads and to Gonbad-e-Qabus visiting its famous grave tower ( a masterpiece of 11th century) still stands on the hill side near Gorgan.

In the afternoon hiking in the forest mountains of Naharkhoran, return to Gorgan and overnight.

Day 12

Gorgan-Mashad:

Drive to Mashad via Bojnurd and Quchan- the city of old carpets , and overnight in Mashad.

Day 13

Mashad

Full Day City Tour of Mashad:
Tus, The Tomb of  Ferdowsi( prominent Epic Poet), Torghabeh, Haroonieh, Nader Shah tomb and Khaje Rabi, and overnight.

Day 14

Mashhad - Tehran
Visiting Bazaar-E Reza, Astan-E Ghods Library in Mashad.

Transfer to the airport for departure to Tehran.

Arrival, transfer to hotel, and overnight.

Day 15

Tehran

Transfer to airport for final departure.
